Here are a couple of videos of Ellie!
The first one is when she was learning to walk! She is getting really good at it now!!
Secondly, this is her tickling herself...she is so funny sometimes!
Serious bedhead! Haha- her curly hair gets crazy in the morning!

I can't believe how much the kids are changing! I can hardly believe my eyes when I see the two of them playing together and Ellie running right along with Caleb. She is using a lot of words now, including "baby", "cup", "all done", "more", "please", "light", "book", "mommy", "daddy", and her favorite "MINE!"...and lots more! She loves her babies, and she gives them lots of love and kisses and feeds them bottles- so cute!! Caleb continues to amaze us, too~ he knows all his letters, letter sounds, and can trace all the upper and lowercase letters, too. Every day he is learning more, and he has a great memory :) He still LOVES our trips to the library and cannot get enough of his books!
The big event this month was Jess and Brig's wedding!! We were so excited for them, and it was such a beautiful and meaningful wedding- so much love! Caleb was the ring bearer for the second time, and did great :) He especially loved dancing at the reception! He didn't want to stop, and when it was time for bed (much later than his normal bedtime!) he did NOT want to sleep. I was laying with him at the hotel trying to get him to sleep and he kept drifting off, then waking up and saying "I want to dance!", then going back to sleep, haha!

Happy Birthday Everett!

Here are a few pics:
The beautiful couple!!
At the rehearsal:
Caleb got a new Cars Pillow, which he sleeps with every night! He even layed down at the rehearsal dinner with it...
The big day:
Mr. Ring Bearer (for the second time...he's an old pro now!)
Happy Family!!! Isn't she the most beautiful bride??

Dancing the night away!

With cousin Courtney- She and Cameron came all the way from New York!
Even the Village People showed up :)
Caleb joining in the YMCA...haha
We also had a really fun trip to Nebraska last weekend, too. We celebrated Adeline's and Everett's birthdays and had some much needed time with friends!!
Happy Birthday Adeline!
Happy Birthday Everett!

We even go to take a ride in the combine while they were harvesting soybeans!
Traveling is still interesting with the kids- a 4 hour drive took 6 hours! We made frequent stops for food, pottying, diaper changes, clothing changes when the diapers leaked (into the carseat...not a good situation), letting the kids run around, coffee, and the list goes on! Sleeping arrangements are still proving to be tricky, too- Ellie did great in her pack and play, but Caleb was not wanting to sleep in the hotel bed- just play! He ended up in the bed with me (he took the whole bed, and I was squished to the side! haha) and Daddy got the other bed all to himself- lucky! Caleb is saying the most hilarious things these days, and communicating so well! When we woke up in the hotel in Nebraska, the first thing he said to me was, "I want a pickle!" haha...don't know where that came from! Then in the car on the way to Zach and Anna's, he said, "Mommy! You a lady, and You a Queen!" So funny! I really don't know where he got that (maybe from a library book?), but I could get used to that! haha :)

We had a fun little family outing last month to Union Station and Crown Center. Our first stop was Union Station to see the Dino Exhibit. Caleb LOVES dinosaurs and was so excited when we got there...
But the excitement wore off after we got inside....C was afraid of the moving Dinos...he kept saying "No Daddy! Don't go by the dinosaur. It might bite you!"
Then to Fritz' for a little lunch!!
The park!
Caleb also enjoyed opening some more birthday presents from Grandma Marcia. Bonus points for the "Cars" card that sings "Life is a Highway"...the kids still play with the card..
We also celebrated Daniel's Birthday! Caleb and I baked him a lemon meringue pie...
And Ellie helped with the dishes...
This usually doesn't end well...
We have also enjoyed some fun visits from Grandma Janet!! Caleb has been asking to go stay the weekend with her. He says "I go to grandma's house and you stay home"..haha
And lastly, YES, we are still Jayhawk fans!!!
