Guess what everybody?? Caleb CRAWLED today! He has been doing a sort-of scoot/crawl/lunge/pushup thing for a long time but tonite he actually crawled across the floor on all fours! He wanted to get to the computer that I was typing on so he just crawled on over! Ever since this discovery he has been getting into things and pulling all the magazines off of the table over and over. Dan and I are super excited, and a little nervous now...we need to baby proof ASAP! He loves to sit up in his bed now too. Aunt Jessica came to visit on Friday and he managed to pull his mobile off the side of the bed and was holding it in his lap crying until she came in the room! He LOVES to stand, and has almost figured out how to pull up on tables and furniture.

Caleb had two dates with his girlfriend this weekend- She came over last night (along with George, Jessie, Phil, and Katie) and played while we played cards and ate lots of food (could you ask for a better time??). The kids loved the guacamole, and it was so cute to see Avalie give Caleb lots of kisses and hugs! They also saw each other at Daniel's softball game today- Caleb got to see his daddy play 2 softball games this weekend~ it will be so fun when he can get out there too :)

Come to think of it, Caleb and Daniel have had a lot of bonding time in the last few weeks. I went to Wyoming for 4 days with my family. After two 14 hour drives, locking my keys in my car in Salina and having to call a locksmith (typical!), Grandma crashing into a golf cart with her car (love ya grandma!), learning that there is a such thing as a Coyote Calling Scholarship, being chased by a wild dog in heat, and hanging out with my awesome cousins (one of whom is officially a highschool grad!), and of course the normal family drama......I was SO ready to come home!! It was fun, but it's always great to come back to my two favorite boys!

Here are a few pics from my trip:
